Ordering & Delivery

Q6: How does FixGo’s ordering and delivery process work?

• Step 1: Select your tire size, choose your preferred tires, and check out.
• Step 2: Choose between installation at a partner shop or curbside pickup.
• Step 3:
  • If you choose installation, FixGo will deliver the tires to your selected partner tire shop the next day. You’ll receive a text notification with the shop’s details, and we recommend calling ahead to schedule installation.
  • If you choose curbside pickup, our driver will deliver to the selected location and call you 30 minutes before arrival.

Q7: Can FixGo deliver to my home address?
Currently, we do not support home delivery. We only deliver to partner tire shops and curbside pickup locations.

Q8: Does FixGo ship tires outside of Los Angeles?
We currently only deliver within the Greater Los Angeles area. However, we are actively expanding our service range and hope to broaden coverage soon!

Tire Installation & Services

Q9: Is installation included in the tire price?
No, installation fees are separate and vary by tire type and store. The fee is displayed at checkout and covers:
✔ Mounting (installing the tires)
✔ Balancing (ensuring even weight distribution)

🚫 Not included:

• Alignment – This varies by shop; please check directly with your selected installer.
• Tire Rotation – Availability and pricing depend on the shop.
