This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from FixGo.com (the "Site") or use our Services.
Information you give us. We collect and maintain information that you may voluntarily provide to us through use of our Services, including shipping address, billing address, credit card information, telephone number(s), email address(es) and purchase/return/exchange data. For example, when you set up your account and/or make online purchases, you will be asked to provide information necessary to facilitate the transaction such as contact and payment information; when you enter our contests, sweepstakes or other promotions, you may be asked for information necessary to fulfill the promotion; when you post comments or other content in publicly available forums on our Services (e.g., product reviews, Q&A forum), anything you post will be available to us as well as users to our Services; when you post information about us on third party social media platforms (each, a "Social Media Service"), we may collect such information through an integration with the Social Media Service provider; when you contact our customer service representatives, we collect additional information you choose to provide our representatives.
Information automatically collected. We may use technology to automatically collect other information about you when you visit our Services or view our advertisements. See Cookies and Behavioral Advertising, below. This information helps our online Services work correctly and supports our customer marketing and analytics efforts. This information includes, and is not limited to, device type, sage data, browser information, operating system information, device IP, device information, IP address, mobile device identifier, software version, phone model, phone operating system, carrier information, geo-location, the date, time, length of stay, referring website and specific pages accessed and other actions you take on our online Service.
Information collected through Social Media Services. You may be able to access FixGo’s Services through Social Media Services. If you log on to our Services through a Social Media Service, you give us permission to access, store and use any information that you permit the applicable Social Media Service to share with us in accordance with your privacy settings with the applicable Social Media Service. When using Social Media Services with our Services, the Social Media Service provider will be able to collect information from you. We may also place tags and other data collection mechanisms on our Services from Social Media Services through which they can collect information about the usage of our Services and their services across multiple devices (such as your smartphone and your computer) for use by both us and such Social Media Service. We are not responsible or liable for the privacy practices or content of the applicable Social Media Service. We encourage you to review, and if necessary, adjust, your privacy settings with the applicable Social Media Service before logging in to our online Services using the applicable Social Media Service. Information that we receive from Social Media Services is stored and use by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Links to Third-Party Platforms. The Service may contain links to websites, mobile applications, and other online services operated by third parties. In addition, our content may be integrated into web pages or other online services that are not associated with us.If you choose to connect to the Service through your social media account or another third-party platform, you may be able to use your settings in your account with that platform to limit the information we receive from it. However, please note that these links and integrations are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. Moreover, we do not control websites, mobile applications or online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions.Therefore, we encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other websites, mobile applications and online services you use. If you revoke our ability to access information from a third-party platform, that choice will not apply to information that we have already received from that third party.
In order to provide you with one-click sharing service, Our app utilizes the Umeng Share SDK, operated by Umeng Tongxin (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., to enable users to share app content on mainstream applications. The types of personal information collected by this SDK include device information (IMEI/MAC/Android ID/IDFA/OAID/OpenUDID/GUID/SIM card IMSI/ICCID), location information, and network information. By entering into these Terms or using the Services, you agree to receive communications from us, including via e-mail, text message, calls and push notifications. You agree that we may communicate with you using email and text messages, at any email address or telephone number that you provide us, to: (i) notify you regarding your account; (ii) troubleshoot problems with your account; (iii) resolve a dispute; (iv) collect a debt; (v) poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires; (vi) notify you regarding order, payment and delivery updates; (vii) send you authentication texts; or (viii) as otherwise necessary to service your Account or enforce these Terms, the Policies, applicable laws and regulations, or any other agreement we may have with you. Standard text messaging charges applied by your cell phone carrier will apply to text messages that we send.
If you would like to receive our marketing materials via mobile texts and alerts, you may sign up to do so. By signing up, you provide your consent to receive promotional messages or other mobile messages from or on behalf of us, including one-time passcodes, notifications regarding your orders, our promotional messages, and abandoned cart reminders (enabled by using cookies we collect as described in these Terms) at the mobile number you provide us. Opting in for a program does not entail automatic opt-in for another. Message frequency varies and carriers are not liable for any delays or undelivered messages. Message and Data Rates may apply. You acknowledge that you are not required to consent to receive marketing texts as a condition of using the Services. If you wish to opt out of SMS texts from us, you can reply STOP to the corresponding number from your mobile device receiving the messages. However, you acknowledge that opting out of receiving texts may impact your use of the Services. If you would like to resume the subscription, reply UNSTOP to the corresponding number. We will not share your consent, opt-in and opt-out records with any third parties other than text messaging service providers and aggregators. You may also reply "HELP" for assistance. For further assistance, please contact us. if you are using a Fixgo website, at the appropriate email address on the "Contact us" page linked in the website footer, and if you are using a Fixgo application, through the "Customer support" section also can contact with us.
If you wish to opt out of marketing emails, you can unsubscribe from our marketing email list by following the unsubscribe options in the marketing email itself.
Our communications with you may be through a third-party service provider. You acknowledge and consent that, subject to our Privacy Policy, your communications with us, our agents or Sellers may be recorded, monitored and stored for quality control and training purposes, or to protect your, our and/or Sellers' interests.
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
(i) Screen our orders for potential risk or frauds - We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address);
(ii) Respond to your questions and requests - We use your information to provide you with transactional assistance such as fulfilling your order and ensuring proper delivery of your products
(iii) Communicate about our account - We may contact you to tell you about changes to this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use or changes to our Services, products and programs. We may also tell you about issues with your orders or if there is a product recall.
(iv) Improve our products and services - We may use your information to make improvements to our Sites, including to personalize our service offerings to meet your needs.
(v) Reviewing Site trends and customer interest - For example, by generating analytics about how our uses browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns;
(vi) Improve marketing communications - When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services; and
(vii) Other uses we may disclose with your consent and as otherwise permitted or required by law.
(i) We may share your information with our Affiliate(s) for business, operational, promotional, marketing, or other purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
(ii) We may share your Personal Information with our third party contractors to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. (iii) We may disclose, transfer, or assign to our affiliates or to one or more third parties the information collected about you as part of a merger, acquisition or other sale or transfer of any of the assets or business of FixGo. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we may transfer your data to a successor or to a third party that purchases our assets arising from such circumstances. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy.
(iv) Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Tracking tools we use. We and our service providers may collect information about users over time and across different websites and devices through the use of tracking tools including cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and other online information-gathering tools (collectively, "cookies"). While the cookies that we use may change from time to time, we use cookies for the same purposes, including:
(i) To authenticate your account and store your password if you are a registered account holder;
(ii) To monitor performance of our Services;
(iii) To learn more about the way you interact with our content;
(iv) To personalize your experience on our Sites and Social Media Services;
(v) To optimize and tailor our Sites;
(vi) To make product recommendations and provide you with advertising content on our Services and elsewhere in which we think you will be interested;

The Help feature on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. If you set your browser to limit or remove cookies or otherwise block our use of cookies, some Site features may be unavailable or unable to function properly.
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Advertisers or ad companies may be working on their behalf sometimes use technology to serve the ads that appear on our sites directly to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use cookies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize ad content. We do not have access to or control over cookies or other features that advertisers and third- party sites may use, and the information practices of these advertisers and third-party websites are not covered by our Privacy Policy. Do-Not-Track: Some browsers have a "do not track" feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. Our Services currently do not support "do not track" preferences that may be available in your browser and are not capable of satisfying the preference you set.
You have the right to access, change, move, or delete any of the personal data that we hold about you. To make a data request, please email us. Additionally, we want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information about you that you think is inaccurate.
We hold onto personal data for the reasonable time frame that an individual might be considered a potential customer. We will not hold onto your personal data for longer than is necessary.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no information system can be 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
The Services are not directed at children, and we have no intention of collecting information from young people. If we become aware that information from a child under 1 6 has been collected without the consent of such child's parent or guardian, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information.
Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code permits California residents to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information about the types of personal information the business has shared with third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year. We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

This California Privacy Addendum, including any future modifications (this "Addendum"), is part of the Company's Privacy Policy and applies to any "personal information" (as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act; the "CCPA") that we may "collect" (as defined under CCPA) from a California "consumer" (as defined under CCPA) through their use of the Services. If you are a California consumer, the purpose of this Addendum is to describe: 1) your rights under California law; 2) how you may make a request for those rights to be enforced; 3) the categories of personal information that may have been "sold" (as defined under CCPA) by the Company in the preceding twelve (12) months; 4) the categories of personal information that may have been disclosed by the Company for "business purposes" (as defined under CCPA) by the Company in the preceding twelve (12) months; and 5) your rights pursuant to California "Shine the Light" law.
At your request, we will provide a report regarding the information we have collected, used, disclosed and/or sold to others in the prior 12 months about you which will cover:
(i) The categories of personal information collected about you;
(ii) The specific pieces of personal information we have about you;
(iii) Categories of sources from which personal information is collected;
(iv) Our purpose for collecting or sharing personal information;
Identification and categories of third parties with whom we share your personal information.
Upon receipt of a Verified Request, we will initiate the process of gathering such personal information to provide to you.
Please see the section below entitled “HOW TO EXERCISE RIGHTS UNDER THE CCPA” for instructions on how to submit a request to exercise any of your rights. Once the request is verified as described below, it will be considered a “Verified Request” for purposes of this notice.
We may collect one or more of the types of information about you based on information you provided to us:
(i) Personally identifiable data and information about you, such as your name, physical and/or electronic mail address, telephone, or mobile numbers, and other data or information that can be used to specifically identify you (all such personal data and information is collectively referred to herein as, “Personal Information”); and
(ii) Non-personally identifiable information about you, such demographic information, location, age, gender, and data on your use of the Website and other online activity (“Non-Personally Identifiable Information”).
While we do not sell our client’s personal information to others, you have the right to direct businesses that do sell your personal information to stop selling your personal information and to refrain from doing so in the future.
You can request that we delete personal information we have collected and maintains about you. In order to request that we delete such information, you need to follow the instructions provided below for submitting a Verifiable Request to delete your personal information. Upon receipt of a Verifiable Request, and so long as we have no right or obligation to keep your personal information despite your right to request deletion, we are required by law to have you confirm your previously submitted Verifiable Request to delete your information. Once you provide that confirmation, we will start the process of deleting your personal information, and we will also instruct all of our service providers that maintain your personal information on our behalf to also delete your personal information from their records.
Under CCPA, the Company is prohibited from discriminating against data subjects that exercise their data subject rights. The Company cannot deny data subjects goods or services, charge data subjects different prices or rates (or otherwise impose a penalty), or provide data subjects a different quality or level of goods or services if a data subject requests to enforce their rights.

If we receive a request from you, the Company may take reasonable steps to confirm your identity. The Company will not give effect to data subject rights unless the Company can verify that the request is a "Verified Request" (as defined under CCPA). You may submit a Data Subject Request by employing an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. To do this, you must provide an authorized agent with written permission to submit a request. If the Company does not receive proof from an authorized agent that you have given them permission to submit a Data Subject Request on your behalf, the Company will deny the request.
