SHIPPING POLICY

Notes:

1. For tires shopping, after the order has been paid successfully, we will instantly delivery tires to your selected installer. After that, you can contact the installer to make an appointment with you for tire installtion in store.
2. For other items shopping excluding tires, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
3. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
4. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact customer service to verify within 30 days after the delivery. 
5. Currently，we can delivery to some selected areas in the US, some remote districts are unavailable to be covered.
