We only accept returns or changes within 60 days from the date of the purchase. The following are the detailed requirements.
We have a 60-day return policy (tires are exceptional), which means you have a maximum 60 days after receiving your order to request cancellation. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact customer service to verify within 30 days after the order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. Sign into your account.
2. Find the relevant order in “My Order” .
3. Select the order/item you would like to return and click the "Order Refund"/"Refund" button.
4.Select the reason for return and you may provide further information/pictures related to the order. After you provided the required information, click “Submit” button to proceed.
4. We will handle your return/refund request within 24 hours. After passing your return request,we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label which will be emailed to you so you may print it. Simply place the shipping label on the outside of the box and drop off the package at a shipping facility that has regularly scheduled carrier pick-ups. The return label we provide only works if you are shipping within the contiguous United States .
If the return is caused by the customer, customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the customer for the return of a product.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or service.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take serveral working days for your card issuing brank to process the refund.
